COUNCIL MEETINGS and AGENDA INFORMATION
The Eureka City Council regularly meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month at 5:30 p.m. for closed session, and 6:30 p.m. for open session. All meetings are open to the public, with the exception of the published closed session portion. Time is allowed during every council meeting for the public to address the council. The meetings are held in the Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of Eureka City Hall at 531 "K" Street, Eureka.
Agendas are published on the Fridays prior to the regular Tuesday council meetings. A meeting agenda is posted outside City Hall, on the "K" Street side of the building by 5:00 p.m. Friday. Citizens may pick up an agenda from the City Clerk's office any time after 2:00 p.m. Fridays preceding a council meeting. Agendas are also available at the council meetings. A full copy of the agenda, with all backup materials, can be viewed at the City Clerk's office, or at the Humboldt County Library. See below for information on how to subscribe to receive agendas by mail or email. |
AGENDA SUBSCRIPTIONS
City Council agendas can be mailed at a cost of $12 per year. Please phone (707) 441-4172 to request an agenda subscription form to be mailed to you.
Agendas can also be emailed, at no cost. Please send an email to the City Clerk with a request to be placed on the email list.
Note: If you have been placed on the email subscriber list and agendas emailed to you are returned to us with an error message, you may be removed from the list. If you do not receive your agenda as expected, you may wish to contact the City Clerk.
