Violation Complaint Form This is the form to use if you have noticed a zoning violation within the City of Eureka and wish to report it. Your name and address will be kept as confidential as possible. You are not required to complete the portion of the form that asks for your name unless you wish to receive blind copies of the letters sent to the property owner and/or resident of the alleged violation site. |

Site Obstruction Handout This is the handout to use if you wish to build a fence on your property. You do not need a building permit if your proposed fence is 6 feet tall or less but you will need to follow the guidelines in this handout. If you have additional questions, please contact the City of Eureka Building Department at (707) 441-4155. |
