| ESL (English as a Second Language) is competency-based program integrating basic skills and life skills into activities in which learners use language they have practiced. This program emphasizes the development of listening and speaking skills. Instruction focuses on meaningful communication rather than on formula language development - practicing dialogue, role playing and problem solving. |
